Who we are

In short, we are a “force multiplier.”

In the military, a force multiplier is anything that lets a small unit create outsized impact. One squad, but with the right intel, the right tools, and the right timing, can change the outcome for an entire city. ATI Media Holdings applies that same math to community work.

If we can give one mentor, one healer, one educator, one program the reach and polish of a national brand, that’s a force multiplier.

Here’s what that looks like in practice:

  1. Diamond Mentoring Alliance
    Diamond Mentoring Alliance is not presented as “charity.” It’s presented as premium human development — Mentorship Elevated.
    The mission: connect people who are underserved, overlooked, or written off with elite-level mindset mentorship, lifestyle guidance, and accountability, delivered by experienced men and women who’ve lived it and survived it.
    ATI Media Holdings supports Diamond Mentoring Alliance by building narrative: filmed intake stories, mentor profiles, polished pitch materials, app interface demos, investor decks, and training modules.
    Translation: we take what most nonprofits struggle with — messaging, trust, legitimacy — and we make it undeniable.
    That lets DMA recruit, raise funding, and scale reach faster than a typical grassroots mentorship program.

  2. Alabama State University Theater Arts
    Alabama State University’s Theater Arts programs have a long legacy of cultivating Black excellence in performance, storytelling, discipline, and stagecraft.
    ATI Media Holdings sees that as pipeline, not nostalgia. We treat those students and alumni like talent — writers, directors, actors, producers — not “kids trying to do theater.”
    By documenting rehearsals, process, emotional stakes, and outcomes, ATI helps translate stage work into screen work, reel work, brand work.
    That pipeline matters because it keeps historically Black creative institutions tied directly into professional media production instead of being mined for culture and forgotten.

  3. Dorchester County YMCA
    Community centers like the Dorchester County YMCA are where daily life is actually getting held together — childcare, safe space, health, after-school structure.
    ATI Media Holdings brings visibility and narrative weight to those efforts.
    Instead of “here’s a gym,” we frame it as: here’s where stability lives when the rest of the world is chaotic.
    That kind of framing helps unlock sponsorships, partnerships, and donor attention that usually only go to louder brands.

  4. Green Heart Counseling
    Green Heart Counseling represents another piece of the mission: access to mental and emotional support that feels human, culturally aware, and judgment-free.
    ATI Media Holdings treats that work as essential infrastructure, the same way we treat logistics or medical in a deployment.
    We help clarify and present the value of healing in a way that people who normally don’t “do therapy” can still approach.
    That’s visual storytelling, language, branding, and delivery, all tuned for trust.

Across all of these lanes, the pattern is the same:

  • Find people already helping.

  • Capture their work with the same seriousness we used to document missions overseas.

  • Package it so the world can’t ignore it.

ATI Media Holdings is also very intentional about ownership. We are not selling trauma. We are not extracting pain to build clicks. We’re building platforms where the people doing the work still control their own story and benefit from how it spreads.

So when ATI Media Holdings says “media,” we mean:

  • Long-form documentary and docu-style narrative

  • Short-form, vertical, social-ready impact clips

  • Branded messaging for partners and funders

  • Live and on-demand broadcast through ATI Network channels

  • Training modules, onboarding tools, and digital applications (for example, Diamond Mentoring Alliance’s mentor/mentee matching system)

That mix allows us to sit in two rooms at once:

  • the boardroom with investors, donors, city leadership, university partners, hospital systems, etc.

  • the barbershop, the church parking lot, the back row of the theater department, the after-school hallway, the VA waiting room

ATI Media Holdings can talk to both without translation.

It came out of almost a quarter century of military documentation — proof, clarity, urgency — and it now applies that same precision to civilian spaces where people are still fighting, still rebuilding, still trying to hold one another up.
